Getting away from a flag style look of recent years Microsoft’s new look resembles that of the original Windows logo from the very first version of Windows. The new look for Windows 8 also matches up with the Windows Metro experience that is set to take over across the entire Windows 8 experience from Desktops, Tablets and Smart Phones.
